FRANCISCO I. EUJENIN CAMPOS

digital marketing professional

Hey there! Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I grew up on the island of Chiloé in Chilean Patagonia, surrounded by wild landscapes, music, and art. Those early years shaped my creative spirit and taught me the value of hard work — whether I was playing guitar, exploring the forests, or learning life lessons as a Boy Scout. That connection to nature and creativity has stayed with me ever since.

Eventually, my journey took me from the southern tip of Chile to the United States, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at UW-Milwaukee. During that time, I jumped into every opportunity to grow — serving as VP of Marketing for Delta Sigma Pi, working as a Marketing Assistant at Lubar College of Business, and tutoring Spanish-speaking students. It was there that I realized my passion for telling stories that connect people and inspire action.

Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of organizations and brands. At Hoan Marketing, I developed marketing strategies and managed social media for nonprofits and mission-driven businesses — projects that aligned with my values and allowed me to use creativity as a force for good. I also launched Sur Streetwear, a clothing brand dedicated to raising awareness for endangered animals and supporting conservation efforts — blending art, advocacy, and entrepreneurship into one mission.

Today, I’m proud to be part of Montage Health as a Digital Support Specialist, where I manage social media and multimedia content to help share impactful stories with the community. On top of that, I lead a full rebranding and marketing strategy for Passionfish Restaurant — overseeing everything from communications to creative direction for a brand that’s deeply committed to sustainability and protecting our oceans.

Along the way, I’ve also worked with restaurants, wineries, and tourism companies as a freelance marketer, building strategies that bring brands to life. But beyond work, I enjoy married life in Monterey County, where my wife and I share a love for traveling, cooking, and dreaming about one day moving to a small town to open a restaurant or winery — a space where we can live off the land, surrounded by family, friends, and nature.

At the heart of everything I do is a love for storytelling, creativity, and making a positive impact — and I’m always excited for the next adventure.
